We know how hard you work to build relationships. That’s why when you refer a property owner to us, we treat them with care — and you get rewarded, allowing you to create a new revenue stream while focusing on what you do best.
For every successful referral, your qualifying Broker will receive a $250 fee for a full Management Agreement or a $150 fee for a Lease-Only Agreement. To protect your client relationship, we also provide a Return Guarantee, ensuring that if your referred owner ever decides to sell, we will return them directly to you.
Requesting Your Commission
We have made our payment process both fast and transparent. To receive your commission, simply complete the form below, making sure to attach a copy of your Broker's W-9. Once the form and W-9 are received, our policy is to pay all MLS commissions to the sponsoring Broker within 5 business days of the tenant's move-in date.
